With the SONOFLOW CO.55 SD V3.0, ultrasonic specialist SONOTEC has developed the world's first non-contact flow meter with integrated color touch display and stainless steel housing for single-use applications in GMP bioprocessing. With its intuitive touch display, the high accuracy flow meter enables real-time flow monitoring and direct parameter adjustment at the point of use.
Designed with a special focus on the low flow range in process development, CGT, and fill and finish, the ultrasonic flow meter combines excellent measurement accuracy over a wide flow range and highest clamp-to-clamp repeatability. With a measuring accuracy of 1%, the non-contact clamp-on flow meter offers highly accurate and reliable flow measurement. The sensor is easily clamped on the tubing and measures without contact to the media and therefore guarantees contamination-free measurement, protecting the sterility of critical processes while reducing cleaning and validation efforts.
